OCA Investors​

In 2022, our lives took an unexpected turn when we were faced with the life-altering diagnoses of Lupus and Cancer. It was a difficult chapter—one filled with fear, uncertainty, and overwhelming medical expenses. Thankfully, my husband and I both had full-time jobs and the unwavering support of our family. That support was a blessing beyond words, but even so, the financial strain quickly became heavy. Insurance only covered part of the surgeries and medications, and each day brought a new challenge to overcome.

Through it all, we held tightly to our faith, trusting that God would provide in ways we couldn’t yet see. And He did—through moments that could only be described as miraculous.

One day, while I was waiting in line at the pharmacy, something unexpected happened. I noticed a woman nearby who looked visibly stressed. I didn’t know her story, but I felt a nudge in my heart—a whisper from God—urging me to pay for her prescription. I hesitated. I could barely afford my own. But the prompting wouldn’t leave me. With trembling hands and a heart full of faith, I stepped out and paid for her medication.

That simple act—born in the middle of our own struggle—planted the seed for something greater.

It was the beginning of OCA Investors—Outreach, Compassion, and Action. A mission built on faith, kindness, and the calling to serve others in their time of need. From that day forward, we knew that even in our darkest seasons, we are never without the opportunity to be a light.

OCA is more than an organization. It’s a testimony. A movement. A reminder that compassion can grow from hardship, and that with God, even the smallest acts of love can change a life.
